I've seemed to have lost my phone and the sim-card along with it.

I just wanted to get a hold of a new sim-card, I’ve tried logging in through the ‘my id mobile web’ but it wasn’t functioning. Thank you!

Hi @Coolio,

Sorry to hear about your phone situation! Please call our automated telephone service on 0333 003 7777 from a landline or other mobile (charges may vary) in order to block the lost phone/SIM card. It will be option 5 needed to report the phone as lost.

The quickest way to then have a new SIM card issued would be by contacting our Live Chat Team here. Please let us know if you need further assistance.
