So basically since I joined ID Mobile, and I got my Pixel 2 phone, whenever I log into the
app i cannot see my remaining monthly allowances. It just shows up as an “error”.

I have to log into the website instead, which is a pain.
Any ideas why i have this, and is anyone else experiencing this issue.
I have tried to remove the app and re-install, but still the same problem.
