ID Mobile App - Issues on Android 10 Device

So basically since I joined ID Mobile, and I got my Pixel 2 phone, whenever I log into the

app i cannot see my remaining monthly allowances. It just shows up as an “error”.

I have to log into the website instead, which is a pain.

Any ideas why i have this, and is anyone else experiencing this issue.

I have tried to remove the app and re-install, but still the same problem.

Hello @gavdixon,

 

I believe I’ve seen this once before.

With the app installed, go into your Settings and then find Apps/Apps Manager/Application Manager depending on what it’s called on your phone.

Find the iD app, then tap on this and you’ll see a few options.

 

One of which should be Clear Data/ Clear Cache

 

Tap this and then un-install and re-install.

Let me know if this fixes the issue.

I cleared the cache on the app, uninstalled and

Reinstalled and unfortunately still have this issue.

Incidentally if I access my account via the website, I can log into my account fine.

Hi @gavdixon 

Do you have any other devices in the house that you could install the iD Mobile App on?

If so could you do so, log in, and see if the remaining allowances show there fine?

 

This could help us find out if this is a Pixel 2 issue specifically, or possibly a glitch of some sort with your iD Mobile account.

I loaded the IDMobile.app on my wife's iPhone XR running the latest iOS software and get the same.problem.

It appears there is an issue with my account

When logging in via the app on both Android and iOS software.

As mentioned previously logging into my account via the website it works.

If you still need help logging into your account on mobile devices, the Live Chat team can take a look to see if there’s anything wrong.

Once you land on the page above, make sure you’re logged into your account, and then scroll down to see the Live Chat section.

Once the agent is available the button appears blue, indicating that an agent is available.

No need to refresh the page, this will happen automatically.
