iD Mobile community account not activated despite email saying it is. Why not?

I registered on app and received email with activation link, which I confirmed. Despite this i can’t login using my ipad. Why not? Am seriously considering returning new iphone and cancelling. Appalling service - or rather non-existent service.

If you registered your iD Mobile account on our website here: https://my.idmobile.co.uk/web/cpw/pre-registration/-/registration/registerMyAccount

Then you should simply be able to use the username and password you gave and login without worry.

Passwords are case-sensitive, and would require one capital letter and a number in them.  So be sure that is entered correctly.

If you’ve forgotten your password you can request a password reset using that same link above and a code will be texted to your iD SIM to finish that process.

Logging in should be possible through any device or browser providing your details are entered correct.
