Im having problems registering

I am trying to register but it wont let me. I am using the number given on the information sent to me and I am obviously using my correct name and date of birth but it still keeps telling me that some of the information is incorrect. 


How do I register?

I’m sorry to hear that.

Just to confirm, when registering you’d enter the following details:

 

Last name of account holder

Date of birth of Account holder

iD Mobile number

 

 

The account holder is the person who purchased the contract/SIM, not the person who will be using it. So if this was purchased by yourself, then it’s your details, but if it was purchased by a friend/family, then it’s their details.

The iD Mobile number is the current active number on the SIM. Some people port their number over first, before registering. In this case, the iD Number is the one you kept.

Otherwise, it’s the one assigned to the SIM when you made the purchase.

 

Let us know if you’re sure you’re entering the details as above, otherwise, it’ll be an issue with entering the details incorrectly when making the purchase.

 

If you’ve got an ‘ in your surname, try without it.

 

e.g. ONeil instead of O’Neil
