is there anyway to turn off the feature that end calls?

i was wondering if there is anyway to turn off the feature that automatically ends calls after 2-3 hours. i have unlimited minutes so i don’t get why i still have this feature on, and why i seem to not be able to have control over it.

 

i like falling asleep whilst on the phone and being able to wake up with the other person still there, so whilst i am asleep i cannot simply “dial back the recipient” so please don’t suggest this.

Hello @sammyharrisonxx,

 

This feature is set by the network we use (Three UK) and is a restriction in place. Dial back is the only option here, which, sadly in this case, isn’t a viable one.

We can’t turn this off or extend the length.
