Issue registering on the iD app

Hi, I am having issues registering on the iD app. 

I’ve ported my number from my previous network, but it won’t accept this when registering, as it says it’s not a valid ID mobile number.

I then tried inputting the ID mobile number I was originally given, but I can’t receive the security code as that number has now been transferred. 

Live chat is down and I can’t speak to anyone over the phone. 

Any suggestions?

Hello @jc123,

 

Has the port fully completed?

It sounds like the port hasn’t yet completed if the old number from the iD SIM is still being accepted.

 

Put the iD SIM in the phone and try sending a text to a friend or family and let me know if the old iD number is showing or the one you transferred over?
