Hi, I am having issues registering on the iD app.
I’ve ported my number from my previous network, but it won’t accept this when registering, as it says it’s not a valid ID mobile number.
I then tried inputting the ID mobile number I was originally given, but I can’t receive the security code as that number has now been transferred.
Live chat is down and I can’t speak to anyone over the phone.
Any suggestions?
