Sorry to hear you’re having issues with your surname, I take it the issue is relating to registering an iD account?
Try entering the surname without the ‘ as this may have been recorded as such.
For example:
O’Learys
O’Neil
O’Shaughnessy
These may be recorded as
OLearys
ONeil
OShaughnessy
So enter it as this when trying to register.
