Hi, I'm moving from an Id contract to an I'd sim only, I got a PAC code but when I went to use it, it says I cant use an Id PAC code, anyone any ideas how to sort this?

Hey @Chris h 1888 

 

You cannot use PAC Codes within the same network. PAC Code is a tool design to help you easily change networks. If you want to move from contract to sim only you can simply upgrade your deal by following these steps -> click here.
