Live chat unavailable - new contract - no transfer of phone number

I took out a contract with I’d mobile through  Carphone warehouse on 21st August 2020. I had a pac code etc to transfer my telephone number over. It has not worked since I had the phone. I have tried many times to get in touch with id mobile but their live chat is always unavailable. Carphone warehouse say that they cannot help me as I’d mobile has their own customer service team… which I cannot get hold of as it’s unavailable. I tried contacting them on Fb but no joy. I have finally decided as a last resort to try here to see if I can get any help. I cannot even get onto the id mobile complaints page as it says I don’t have a secure connection. I am using a different mobile device and number for this. Please help!!
