Lost sim

Hi, I recently received my ID sim, but have lost it along the way is there anyway to get a new one.

I ordered red through carphone warehouse and wasn’t sure if it was them or you I needed to contact?

We're sorry to hear you've lost your SIM along the way.

You'll need to get in touch with us so we can arrange for a replacement SIM to be sent out to you.

Hi i lost my sim card i tried to contract with them but fail. ID mobile suppose to charge me £20 per month but last month they charge me 28£ and after lost sim card they are charging me £44 pound. Hoe can i stop the bundle or how can i informed them that i lost my sim card.

You can update your address details via the iD Mobile app.

We’ll also send you a PM so that a new SIM card can be sent out to you.

To view the message sent.  Simply click on your profile icon in the top right, then go to your private messages
