I have Lost my sim card. I can’t log in to my ID account. I tried to call. I need a new SIM

I can’t seem to get live chat to work

I have sent two messages and received no reply. I called the customer services line and managed to cancel my sim. Does this mean a new sim has been ordered.

I have found it impossible to contact anyone. i am really fed up. I need a phone and I am just thinking about changing providers to one with better customer services
