Just to let you know, I've moved your post over to the 'App and My Account' topic. This helps answer questions of other users who may have a similar issue :)
You can find out your upgrade date in the iD Mobile app, you will just need to reset your password; don't worry, it's pretty straightforward!
Just go to your 'My Account' here:
https://my.idmobile.co.uk/
Then select 'Forgotten your password' or 'Forgotten your username/email address.'
