Hello, I have recently moved my daughters phone over to the ID network, however I can't seem to find her phone account on my ID app.

Do you have an iD account with us? and is that registered on your iD App with us.
If yes, then you will need to use another email address to register her account with iD Mobile.
Unfortunately, you cannot have the same email address to register two accounts on iD Mobile,

Yes I have an account for myself and for my daughter phone, I will set up her email for registration, do you know how long it will take to transfer her number over from EE, I put the request in online couple of days ago but still not finished
