As you offer no means other than Live Chat, which I rarely if ever find available, and contact via the "Account App", which I have not bee able to access for some two years I find myself on an open forum asking to cancel my account.
I have tried to register for the account app - unfortunately my details already exist, I have been through the forgotten details procedure to be confronted with the "Something went wrong" message and similarly the forgotten password process.
