Are you on a recurring Pay Monthly plan? -or- a Pay As You Go SIM?
Did you make the payment through the automated payment line by phone -or- through the iD Mobile App/ website?
If you log in to your iD Mobile account it should state exactly on your bill what you’re being charged for on any given bill(s).
