Need a new PAC code, help

I have tried to port my number to another network, but GiffGaff is saying there's a problem with the PAC code I was issued on Friday, and I need to go back to ID Mobile.

How can get another PAC code issued?

Our PAC codes are active for 30-days so you may need to ask them to submit this again for you. If you're still having issues, contact us via e-mail and we'll ensure it's correct.

Please include your community username, full name, full address, mobile number and date of birth when you send your email to help speed things up.

please send a new pac code as the one I received was incorrect.
