Hi there
If you’re being harassed or anything of that nature, then the first thing you should do is report the matter to the police. They’ll be able to give you a crime reference number and we’ll be able to get that changed freely as part of their investigation.

Otherwise a number change request would come with a charge of £25 being added to your next bill if that’s something you’re ok with.
