New SIM not registering
My new Id sim isn't working. I've tried to register the sim on line but because it won't work I can't receive the confirmation code

Sorry to hear you're having issues registering.
Are you advising that the new SIM you've ordered from iD Mobile is not active?
How long has this been the issue?
Have you tested the SIM in another device at all?
Is your phone unlocked?

Please contact Live Chat team are available for account related support.
They’re available between 9am – 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am- 6pm Saturday and Sunday.
Unfortunately, were working on a reduced staff due to COVID-19, and the team are extremely busy, so the Live Chat button may not always appear as `available`.
