Can’t create an account as phone lost and no option to send pin to email address. Sending emails to the ID community as advised but no reply at all. Got a replacement sim which was activated but still not working. I’m paying for a service I can’t even use!

It could potentially be that a suspension is still in place on your services due to the old SIM being marked as Lost/ Stolen.
If you have emailed our Community Support inbox, it will be answered as soon as we get to it. Though we’re dealing with a lot of work currently with far fewer numbers than we'd like due to the things outside of our control currently.
It might be worth reaching out to our Social Media Teams through Facebook or Twitter as a slightly more quicker way to speak to someone about your account specifically.
