Number not being transfered

I requested for my number to be transferred from giffgaff 7 days ago. I am still waiting and have found it very hard to speak with a real person to sort my problem out. Please can a member of staff contact me ASAP?

Hello there @wtf 

If we had received your porting request details then theoretically the number should have ported over to us in 1-2 working days.  So it seems as though we’ve not received your information.

Nevertheless.  If you register your iD Mobile account on our website here (ensure you enter the iD Mobile number that came with your SIM when doing so).

Once registered, you can submit your PAC (code) and the number you want to bring over to us within the My Account area of our website or within the iD Mobile App.

Be sure to check your PAC (code) is valid and in-date with your old network too as they do expire after 30-days.
