You can still dial 7777 and use the automated payment system.
In relation to cancellation i have sent you a direct messaged.

I cant dial 7777 on my normal phone as I cap any spending outside my contract. I can't can' use the ID simcard to dial for some reason it isn't recognised/compatible with any device I have at home.
In regards to the agents, it says the all busy, what's the best time to try?
