My contract has ended and I’ve been trying to request my PAC code for a very long time now but nothing has been sent. Furthermore is it asking me to pay for today bills again but I’ve left iD mobile. 
 

could I please therefore cancel my contract again and receive my pac ?

Hi there Felix.

Do you have your account registered?  If so, you should be able to log in to the app and request this.

My Account > End my plan > Request a PAC code 

-or-

Just text PAC and your date of birth in a format of DD/MM/YY to 65075

I have tried both of the above. I have tried the text but it always come back as “try later” or “unable to perform this”… but it’s been as such for a while. 
 

Also I forgot my password for the account, plus my email had changed quite a while ago so I am unable to access it. I also do not see a reset option, hence why I was trying to do the text but it is not working
