PAC code invalid

I moved to ID last week but have poor signal so am looking to move. You sent me a pac code yesterday but my new provider is saying it is invalid, please help?

Please contact our Live Chat team who are able check your PAC details for you.

They’re available between 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday.
