PAC Code request form not working I need my Number

Hi there, 

I am aware you are probably very busy but I have been with ID for almost a month now any my number still hasn’t been transferred across! I can’t do anything at them moment. Please could I get some advice or help it would be much appreciated!

No it hasn’t been, i have seen people have had similar problems in the past but there is no information as to how this was solved, My PAC code expires on the 26th June and I need to keep my number. Any help would be massively appreciated as I haven’t had my phone number for around a month!

I have received a message but can’t reply to it as they do not ‘follow me’. This seems a ridiculous way for customers to switch to ID mobile and continues to be pretty slow. I know ID is cheaper than many alternatives but this is quite crazy…

Please can I have a real way to exchange messages because this community forum seems a little broken.
