PAC submit request

I have been trying for days now to submit a request to switch to ID mobile keeping my existing number with a PAC

unable to contact ID. Followed instructions to have a live chat, but not working.

Hiw do I get this sorted ?

Have you registered your new account with us on our website here?

If not, please do so (ensuring you use the number we have given you with your recent SIM when doing so).

Once registered, you’ll be able to submit your PAC and mobile number within the My Account area on the website -or- our iD Mobile App.

 

PAC’s do have an expiry date so if it has been over 30 days since you requested the PAC (code) from your old provider then you may need to speak to them about getting a new one in that case.
