I want to die.

you cut my phone off in the middle of an important call you say i need to pay yet i have a dd 

my password isn't accepted, i have tried to change it still not accepted 

i need to talk to someone quickly

We’re very sorry that you had been cut off mid-call there @Alecmckee 

Have you managed to successfully change your password since your last post?  This can be done on our website quite easily, a code will be texted to your iD SIM to finish that process there.

If you are ever needing to speak to someone quickly the Live Chat Team are the place to go for that, though we aim to pick up all replies here as quickly as we can on the Community side too.

If a Direct Debit is active on your account yet a bill was missed this would indicate that either funds weren’t available when the bill was due -or- potentially the Direct Debit was cancelled on your bank's side?

You'll be asked for your mobile number

Select Option 2 for Payments & Billing
Select Option 2 again for Making a payment
