Hi I am trying to change my password but when I click on forgotten password and put in the details it keeps telling me that it is wrong what do I do because it is really beginning to really annoy me really badly

I have been trying to put a password in for hours and it is saying not accept so frustrating. When my contract finishes I am leaving ID always says used your allowance but charges a fortune not happy a all
