Likely in need of an IDMobile rep for this one
Due to a catalogue of errors, my number was transferred to a PAYG sim, rather than my new contract. I’ve since binned that SIM, and can’t recall the password to the account where my mobile number of 20+ years currently resides.
Apparently you don’t transfer numbers within network, so I’ll have to PAC it out, and PAC it back to my new contract.
I’m either after a PAC for a number, or the password reset to that account so that I can do it myself without the reset code you sms, since I no longer have the SIM.
