Pay monthly Only SIM

Hello!
I ordered a pay monthly Only SIM and today I received an email from idmobile with this information: "We are pleased to confirm your iD mobile service. Your details are shown online at http://idmobile.co.uk/myid. You should also receive a letter confirming your details and if they are correct you don't need to do a thing. However if any of the details are incorrect you can change them online at http://idmobile.co.uk/myid or if you haven't already done so why not download our app from http://idmobile.co.uk/app."

My question is How can I get my login details to the account connected with my new number?

Hi @nogazwezza,

Firstly welcome to iD Mobile and we would be happy to help with any questions you have.

In order to Login you would firstly need to register an account HERE by entering your details.

You will need the iD Mobile number that is active on the SIM in order to register as well as having the SIM card in the phone. We would send a security code to the SIM which would allow you to complete the registration process.

If you don't have the SIM yet you will need to wait for it to arrive in order to do this.

Please could you email us with a copy of the email that you received, along with your order details.
