I have been using ID Mobile for more than 2 years with the same personal acc information but today I was told by the Live Chat that my personal info was not correct and I was asked to send 2 different id`s to their email. The personal info that I have provided can not be wrong, I have given the exact same details with my passport and address and also my monthly bill. I want this issue to be resolved ASAP as this could cause problems in the future. And also there`s no one to reach via phone due to Covid 19.
