porting issue from Vodafone

I have recently joined ID from Vodafone and have a problem that I am not receiving calls from anyone on the Vodafone network. I can receive their text messages and I can receive calls from other networks and land lines. I have turned the phone on and off, reset it and also tried the sim in another phone and still the same. Last night I tried the live chat but they were not able to help. I have seen on the community that another customer was helped with a similar problem and was helped by Ryan. Is there anyone that can help me with this split/broken porting issue ?

We’ve just now PM’d you here as this could be something we need our Tech Team to look at.  Something may have gone wrong with the handshake (so to speak) from when Vodafone gave us the number and it then being provisioned on our side.

If you could reply there we should be able to get that tidied up for you.
