Porting my number requires a Transaction Number

I’m porting a number over and the form requests a “Transaction Number” and then says “you'll find this on your Carphone Warehouse receipt”.

I don’t have a Carphone Warehouse receipt I signed up online and was sent a SIM card in the post.

Can anyone help, please?

I found if I used the App (after setting up an account) I could apply for a number transfer with just my old number and the PAC.

Sorry for the delayed response here, my next suggestion was to submit the port via the account if you did not have the Transaction number.

I need my transaction number and ID Mobile number from my carphone warehouse receipt to set-up my account but I lost the piece of paper. How can I get that information again?
