received SIM, trying to register, using correct details, but telling me 'password not quite right'
I know it is, because I write it down temporarily. Then I try to use forgot password link and it tells me a secutory code has been sent to phone. Nothing received.
For a first impression, this is rubbish. THe material says 'pop out your sim', put it in your phone, start using it. I cant make any calls on the phone and cant resolve the issue on line....cancel DD ? And stick with BT..?

Hi robmayer74, what phone are you using and do you get signal? You should be able to use the SIM to make calls and send / receive texts straight away.
We wouldn't recommend you cancel the Direct Debit as this would not cancel your account.
