Recovering password for account after loss of phone

Hello there,

I unfortunately lost my phone today and I can't get access to my account to get a replacement sim and a new phone. The password reset keeps being resent to my phone which doesn't help me when I'm without.
Is there a way to retrieve a password reset for my account by supplying my email?

That's unfortunate to hear @IRSB112,

It's not possible to retrieve a password reset unless you got this code via speaking to our Customer Services from Social Media/Live Chat or over the phone as the codes are sent to your number and expire over a set period of time. You'd also need to remain on the page to enter the code.

We'd need to be contacted to request a replacement SIM as you're not able to order this from your account. The quickest way is via our Live Chat Team but if you're still having issues, please let us know by emailing us.

Please include your:

  • full name
  • full address with postcode
  • mobile number
  • date of birth
  • link to this topic
  • community username

We'll then be able to arrange for one to be sent out to your billing address.
