 Hi 

I've tried to register my mothers phone on the website and App, when I put in the  phone number in, last name and date of birth. It says they're incorrect

Hello @leigh55,

 

Be sure to enter the account holders last name and date of birth.

 

The account holder is the one who made the purchase. If you made the purchase on here behalf then it’s your details to enter.

Thanks, it was purchased in my mother's name, she needs to cancel the accounts, how to do that if i am unable register her details
