Registering my account

I am trying to view my bills and it does not recgonise my phone number, email (though happy to send me emails) name and DOB

There are no humans at id mobile that wish to speak or chat to customers directly so as they don’t want to know about customers, this customer with 2 accounts will be closing the accounts

i am trying to register my account but cannot receive the security code because my SIM is in a wifi hub not a telephone.

Hello @Stephen Billyeald,

Place the SIM in a device just so you can receive the code and register.

After that you can re-insert it back into the hub.

 

Our SIMs (unless you specifically ordered a DATA only SIM that does not provide any minutes or texts) should have minutes and texts set-up like any other normal SIM.
