Rejoined iD

I left my iD plan in February 2020 but have access to my account for 6 months. I have rejoined iD this week but I cannot use my email as it is still linked to my previous account. 

How will I be able to access my bill and account if my previous account is still linked to my details and number.

Unfortunately iD Mobile at this moment does not support adding new numbers into the same account. At this moment how it works is one email = one number. The easiest way to register new account would be to get new email address just for the registration purposes and when everything is done under "edit my profile" you will be able to change it to your current email for communication purposes. New email address will be used only to login to your new account.
