Replacement SIM not working

I got a replacement SIM, activated it two days ago and it is still not working. 

I’ve tried turning the flight mode on and off, restarting, taking the SIM out and the likes, to no avail. Really frustrated at the lack of support. Please help, as together with hunting for the replacement SIM I’ve been without a working phone for 5 days now!

It could potentially be that if you had reported a SIM as lost/ stolen.  Then a lock may still be on your account due to that.
