Resetting my password

Hello, how do I reset a ID app password.

I am going for forgotten password.

Give my details -> name, phone number and date of birth

I got a message that user does not exist.

What do I do next??

That's strange because if you have logged in previously, the resetting procedure should work fine. Have you double checked that your username is correct?
