Security code not working

I've recently upgraded and received a new phone. When trying to log into the app, they do not accept the security code they send (I tried multiple times). It comes up with the message "Oops something went wrong..." 

I copied the code in so it's not a typo of the numbers. Please help me resolve this.

Are you trying to do a password reset on an existing account?  Or are you registering for the first time?

Do you receive the text to your phone ok with the 6-digit passcode?

How long have you been running into this error, just today, or for longer?

Yes I'm doing a password reset on an account I had from my previous phone. 

They send the security code and when I enter it, it does not work. I have had this problem for a couple of days now.

Hi @FergalDC98 , how long after the code has come through are you attempting to use it? They expire after 15 minutes you see.
