Hi, i cannot send short code messages to 60162. I can send ok to other numbers. I have a sufficient cap to afford the charge and i have premium settings set to on. I cant figure out why the message is not delivering. Can you help plwase. Thanks

Sorry to hear about the issues with sending the SMS to 60162.

I have had this escalated to the relevant team for an update on this. In the meantime could you please try the SIM in a different handset and see what happens.

Hi @Dmwheatley,

Our Tech Team have been looking into this and we have been advised that we require some further information from you. Could you please email us with your Mobile number, the text message that you are trying to send and the name of who the short code belongs to.

We would also require some some account information such as name, address, email address and date of birth.

Once we have this information we will escalate this to back to the team to complete the investigation.
