swap old(current) contract number with new contract number

Hi, I have existing contract with ID and my number is 0788564129. I have just bought a new phone on contract and the number is +447862143907. I tried phoning but no one answered. I want to swap my current phone number with the new phone numbers only and keep all the other stuffs as they are 

please let me know if we can do it, if not I have to sadly cancel my new contract

Hi @vikashpun,

Unfortunately we can’t move a number from one contract account to a different account. The old plan will have needed an upgrade for you to keep your number on a new plan.

You could port your old number away from us and then bring it back to us on the new plan though. If not, let us know here and we can help you cancel your new order.
