transferring old number

I have filled out the pac form to switch my old number over to ID, I revived a message saying there had been an issue with either the last name, mobile number or transaction number. I’m Certain I filled it in correctly. It pointed me in the direction of the live chat which was beyond useless, any help?

Hi there @Brittdyar 

If you head to our website here: https://my.idmobile.co.uk/web/cpw/pre-registration/-/registration/registerMyAccount

You can register your account with us (using the number we gave you with the iD SIM).

Once logged in there, you’ll be able to provide your PAC (code) and number you wish to bring over to us.

That should then take 1-2 days.

If there are further issues you may need to check with your previous network if the PAC is still active and valid.

So we can help you further with this, when did you submit your PAC code information? Ports can take up to 2 working days to complete.
