Hi I have a valid email and address and you’ve sent me emails confirming my order. But it is saying ur doesn’t recognise either. What the hell

What are you referring to?

Is this for the My iD website?

Your emails are sent to the contact email you provided at registration.

 

You’ll need to register for an iD account before you can use it

We won’t auto register you.

The same way you registered on our Community to make a post.
