Trying to order a replacement SIM

Hi, I have been trying to log on to live chat for 3 days now to ask for a replacement SIM. It constantly says try again soon. I tried calling but all I got was an automated message telling me to use live chat. 
This is terrible customer service. Please help. I rely on my mobile for work and its imperative I get this sorted out ASAP!
