Trying to port a number to o2

Hi,

I have tried multiple times to port my number to o2 however, o2 support are saying that the request for the number change has not been responded to and ID support over the phone are saying that the servers are having issues and they said this over a month ago. As a result, I have been incorrectly charged £10 after attempting to keep my old phone number multiple times. 

Please help!

I’m sorry to hear that.

 

With Port-out issues, you’ll need to raise this with O2 directly. Their Porting Teams will work with our Porting Teams to resolve any issues. It’s something that we would not be able to look into or assist with. 

If the issue was with a port into our network, we’d raise the ticket on our end to liaise with the other network.

I appreciate your frustruation here, however, O2 will need to pick this one up for you.
