I lost my phone so was sent a new sim. Went on live chat and got it activated, but on a new unlocked phone it still says no service. Tried to create an account with ID but it keeps sending a code to my number which I can’t access! No way of getting in touch to sort this as call centres now closed 😕

I sent an email yesterday just waiting to hear back. The lady on live chat activated it there and then.
