unable to log on to the id app as it says email or passport wrong .used link for forgotten password and the link for username unable to log on to any as it said my details are incorrect help

Have you previously registered for an iD account? If not, then you'll first need to register.

You'll need to use the iD Mobile number that's currently active on the SIM as the number you enter in the field "Mobile Number".

Have you ever been able to log into your account before?

I can't  register because  it seems Id has incorrect information logged
