Whenever I attempt to register my number to an ID account it gives me this error:
"Something wasn't quite right. Can you enter your details again please?"
I am 100% certain my number, last name and date of birth are correct so it is clearly something in ID's end. I cannot even use the app either as it gives me the same error. And no, I have NOT put any numbers in wrong before you suggest it. I have gone through all the lost password/username pages and it seems I am not in the system at all despite being an ID customer for a year now.
Hi @charlesfawb ,
Sorry to hear about the issues you are having with registering your account.
We have a few things that we can advise to try to get this sorted. Firstly could you please ensure that the account holder enters the details as provided at the time of ordering. The account holder is the person that placed the order not the user of the SIM (if it is to be used by somebody else).
It may also be worth allowing 24 hours if you have just received your SIM, for your sim card to be activated. The mobile number that you need to enter should be as shown on your confirmation or SIM Card holder.
Let us know how you get on with this.
