Unable to register - ID got my details wrong and bot isnt working!!!

Hi, 

I am new to ID. I have tried to register with the details I provided when buying my account and it is saying that the information is incorrect. When trying to contact you via the chatbot it says agents are unavailable. Please can you correct this and contact me? I am without a phone.
